At Book Haven, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. Please make sure all product selections, quantities, and shipping information are correct before completing checkout.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders may take approximately 6–8 weeks to be delivered.
By placing an order with Book Haven, you acknowledge and accept this estimated delivery timeframe. An order still being prepared or in transit within the stated 6–8 week timeframe is not eligible for cancellation or a refund.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at peytons.art@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Book Haven is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
