Processing & Shipping Times
Due to the nature of our products and the time required for preparation and fulfillment, orders may take approximately 6–8 weeks to be delivered.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, it will be provided to you. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
By placing an order with Book Haven, you acknowledge and agree to our estimated 6–8 week delivery timeframe. A longer fulfillment or shipping period within this stated timeframe does not qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.
